Originally from Quito, Ecuador, Jeannina Romero came to Canada with her family to further her education and expand her professional expertise, completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Global Business Management at Mohawk College. 

With more than a decade of international leadership experience in logistics and diplomatic operations — including her role at the Embassy of Canada in Ecuador — she brings a global perspective grounded in collaboration, cultural intelligence, and community engagement. She is fluent in Spanish (her native language), English, and French, and has extensive experience working across multicultural environments. Now established in the Burlington area, she continues her professional work in the logistics sector while contributing actively to local cultural initiatives. 

Beyond her professional background, Jeannina is involved in the Hispanic community in Hamilton and Halton, organizing Spanish conversation clubs and supporting cultural programming.
