Join us for AGB’s Community Garden Planting Day alongside Grow Native Halton and BurlingtonGreen. Together, we’ll plant a variety of native species in the garden beds at AGB. The garden is designed for long-term naturalization, featuring native shrubs, wildflowers, perennials, and grasses that support continuous blooms from spring through fall. 

Want to roll up your sleeves and plant with us? 

• Wear weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes 

• Bring gardening gloves and a shovel if you have them (optional) 

• Bring a water bottle and snack 

• Bring sunscreen or a hat 

• Dress for getting your hands in the soil 

AGB is looking for garden volunteers for May – September.
