Seeds of Change: A Spring Celebration reflects new beginnings at the Art Gallery of Burlington following our 50th Anniversary, supporting the Gallery’s mission and growth. The evening will begin with a cocktail hour in the AGB’s Courtyard (weather dependent) signature Spring drinks featuring local ingredients! Then, enjoy a light, farm-to-table inspired dinner crafted by Spencer’s at the Waterfront, followed by a seasonal spring dessert in our Rotary Shoreline event space.
Experience a specially curated display of AGB’s dinnerware pieces from our permanent collection, while celebrating the Gallery’s Community and Medicine Garden launching Spring 2026. A key component of the program is the Medicine Garden, a community-rooted project led in partnership with Michele Dent.
The Gala offers guests a unique opportunity for a behind-the-scenes peek at the installation process for A material called Earth, Vol. 1: The life of corners, a solo exhibition by Argentine artist, Celina Eceiza, curated by Sylvie Fortin. The exhibition will officially open on May 16, 2026. Seeds of Change champions supporting the arts in Burlington and help celebrate the connection between the culinary arts and our contemporary Canadian ceramics collection.
