A CULTURAL HUB BY THE LAKE

Since 1978, the Art Gallery of Burlington has been a welcoming space for people to come together and connect through art. Overlooking Lake Ontario beside Spencer Smith Park, the AGB is a vibrant destination where creativity and community thrive.

EXHIBITIONS & PROGRAMS

At the heart of the AGB is an invitation to Learn. See. Think. Make. Our exhibitions and programs celebrate the richness of contemporary art and craft in Canada—showcasing innovative artists, thought-provoking ideas, and opportunities to engage hands-on.

COMMUNITY & CONNECTIONS

Situated in Burlington’s cultural corridor—alongside the Joseph Brant Museum and the Burlington Performing Arts Centre—the AGB is a gathering place that sparks connection and discovery.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We recognize that the AGB stands on the ancestral territory of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and Métis peoples, part of the Dish with One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant. We honour the Mississaugas of the Credit, on whose Treaty Lands and Territory we create and learn.
