• Seniors and Students Pricing – $160/year: Senior pricing available online or at the Gallery. Students can purchase in person at our Front Desk with valid student ID.

• Fees are annual and are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

• Membership auto-renews unless cancelled 30 days prior to renewal.

• Cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice

• Membership may be suspended or ended for policy violations.

• Studios involve real tools and materials (kilns, pottery wheels, woodworking tools, chemicals, etc.).

• Members use facilities at their own risk.

• AGB is not liable for injury, damage, or loss of property.

• Members agree to protect AGB from claims resulting from their participation.

• Safety orientation is required for certain equipment.

• Competency checks may be needed before independent use.

• Always follow posted safety protocols.

• Open studio time is first-come, first-served.

• Some equipment requires advance booking.

• Log in/out, return tools, and leave spaces clean.

• Wear required protective gear.

• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances.

• Only closed-lid beverages allowed.

• Members bring their own materials (clay, wood, fibres, etc.).

• Members are responsible for damage or lost equipment.

• Storage available for a monthly fee.

• Long-term or complex projects require staff approval.

• Treat staff, members, and shared spaces with courtesy.

• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour is not allowed.

• Follow safety rules and use equipment responsibly.

• Illegal activities are prohibited.

Violations may lead to suspension or termination without refund.

• Members retain ownership of all work created in AGB studios.

• Members will not use AGB facilitates to copy or imitate the work or intellectual property of other artists.

• AGB may photograph or film members in shared spaces for promotional use unless opted out in writing.

• Member data is used for operational and programming purposes only.

• Personal information will not be sold or shared without consent.

• Members agree to hold AGB harmless for claims or damages resulting from their actions or policy violations.

• These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario.

• Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
