Six dynamic and independently operated Guilds form Arts Burlington. These artist-led organizations unite creators of all skill levels and backgrounds, each promoting creativity, learning, and collaboration within their respective disciplines. While each Guild operates autonomously, they are united in their shared commitment to nurturing artistic growth and enriching the cultural life of the community.
Burlington Potters’ Guild (BPG)
A supportive and cooperative environment where ceramic artists of all levels come together to share knowledge, refine their skills, and explore their craft. BPG offers monthly demonstrations, a resource library, and opportunities to showcase and sell work.
Burlington Fine Arts Association (BFAA)
A welcoming collective of visual artists committed to encouraging creative growth at all levels. Through exhibitions, studio time, workshops, and art appreciation sessions, the BFAA nurtures artistic exploration and fosters a sense of community and inspiration.
Burlington Handweavers and Spinners Guild (BHSG)
A passionate community of fibre artists dedicated to the traditions and innovation of textile art. While specializing in weaving and spinning, members also explore dyeing, basketry, knitting, felting, beading, and more. The Guild promotes the appreciation of fibre crafts through exhibitions, demonstrations, and public engagement.
Burlington Hooking Craft Guild (BHCG)
The Rug Hooking Guild celebrates the rich tradition of old and modern practices. Our members connect through shared techniques, materials and creativity while promoting the art through exhibitions, workshops and community outreach – all with a focus on fun and friendship. The Guild is a long time member of OHCG.
Burlington Sculptors & Carvers Guild (BSCG)
A creative hub for sculptors and carvers working in wood, stone, clay, plaster, and more. From beginners to experienced artists, members benefit from shared expertise and skill-building opportunities that elevate and celebrate the sculptural arts.
An active and inclusive group of photographers exploring the art and craft of photography. Through guest speakers, special interest groups, field trips, evaluations, and exhibitions, Latow inspires members to grow artistically while connecting through shared passion and visual storytelling.
