Eli Howey is a multidisciplinary artist based in Toronto. They work with painting and sculpture and have a background in printmaking, comics and independent publishing. Their artwork uses a symbolic/poetic/visual language to explore the body’s connection to the unseen world.
Their artwork provides interpretations of the body that are expansive and deconstructs the complex layers of everyday life.
Nature is an important element in their artwork, as it provides a reference point for a multitude of alternative systems.
