  • Parking

    The Art Gallery of Burlington offers paid parking in our lot on Elgin St. Parking can be purchased through the parking kiosks in the lot or you can purchase a parking pass for the duration of the course on the first day at the Brock desk. Parking is free after 6 pm.

  • Refunds & cancellations

    All refunds requested by registrants are subject to a $25 administrative charge. Any requests for a withdrawal and a full refund (minus the $25 charge) must be made at least two weeks prior to the start date of the program.

    For PA Days, Summer Camps, and March Break Camps, and workshops, no refunds will be processed after this date.

    For courses, if a request is made fewer than two weeks prior to the start date of the program, a 50% refund (minus the $25 charge) will be provided. No refunds will be processed on or after the start date of the program.

    The AGB reserves the right to cancel or combine classes if minimum enrollment is not met. If the AGB cancels a program, registrants will be notified up to a week prior to the start date of the program, and registrants will be offered a full refund.

    The AGB reserves the right to refuse admission or to de-register any person(s) who prevent our ability to deliver safe, positive, and inclusive programming. If the AGB de-registers a patron, a refund will be offered for unattended classes.

  • Age requirements

    Registrants must meet the AGB’s age requirements for any given program. Exceptions will be made at the discretion of the Associate Educator.

  • Missed classes

    We regret that we cannot offer additional classes or refunds if a patron is unable to attend specific classes.

  • Late pick-up policy

    Camp pick-up time is between 3:45 and 4:00 PM. Due to the operational and staffing costs incurred when a parent/guardian is late, a late fee of $20 will be charged for all pick-ups outside of the designated time.

  • Waitlists

    We keep a waitlist if a program has met its maximum enrolment. Persons on the waitlist will be notified as space becomes available. The waitlist will be in place for that specific program only and will be erased once the program finishes.

  • Waivers

    All registrants must submit a completed AGB Safety Waiver prior to the start of their first class. These must be submitted to the instructors of the programs. Forms will be provided at the time of registration and will also be available at the first class.

  • Member pricing

    Registrants who purchase a course at the member price are required to show proof of membership at the start of their first class. If you do not have a valid AGB membership you will be required to pay the difference if you wish to continue attending. For more information about AGB Membership, visit our Become a Member page.
